Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
This page explains what data we collect from visitors of samispizza.ro, why, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
The controller of this site is Sami's Pizza, Nova Start S.R.L., registration no. (CUI) 52649230, 12 Postelnicului St, basement, sector 1, Bucharest. Contact: office@samispizza.ro, +40 778 753 082.
What data we collect and how
Our site has no contact form, user account, or online ordering/payment system — we do not request or store your name, email, phone number, or payment details directly through this site. The data generated by a simple visit is the minimal technical data any web hosting server logs automatically (IP address, browser type, date and time of access) — used only to run and secure the site. We use Google Analytics for visitor statistics (how many people visit the site, which pages they read, general geographic area), but ONLY if you choose to accept from the cookie banner shown on your first visit — if you decline, Google Analytics never activates. See the Cookie Policy for details and how to change your choice at any time. If you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok, or call us, that conversation happens directly on that platform (WhatsApp/Meta, Google) — your data is handled there, under their own policies, not through our site.
Legal basis for processing
Our legitimate interest (running and securing the site) and, where applicable, your consent — for example when you choose to contact us directly.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent data. The site loads resources from Google: Google Fonts (the lettering used on the page), Google Maps (the map in the Contact section) and, only if you accept from the cookie banner, Google Analytics (visitor statistics) — all governed by Google's own privacy policy, separate from ours. The site is hosted with a Romanian hosting provider.
How long we keep data
The minimal technical data mentioned above is kept only for as long as needed to run and secure the site, under our hosting provider's own policies.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to file a complaint with Romania's data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro). You can reach us any time at office@samispizza.ro to exercise these rights.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time, for example if we add a form, online ordering, or analytics tools. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
